No Cancellation Policy
- Once your payment is successfully made, your order is immediately processed.
- Since we start preparing and shipping the products instantly, cancellations are not accepted.
- Please double-check your order details before making the payment.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once the payment is made.
- Our products are freshly prepared per order, and cancellations would result in a direct loss.
- In case of any issues with the product (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), please contact us at support@koreanbeauty.co.in with the necessary details and photos.
Payment Method
- We only accept online payments.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.
Exceptions
- Refunds are only applicable in rare cases of wrong product delivery or if the item is damaged during transit.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos as proof.
